Con los canelones pasa como con las croquetas: «Los de mi madre son mejores». 

Cuántas discusiones y cuantos tuppers de ida y vuelta habrán provocado estas palabras…

Pues yo lo siento, quiero mucho a mi madre pero no recuerdo sus croquetas y no me gustan sus canelones. Ojo, que a mi hermana y al sobri les encantan! A mi es que la bechamel, como que no… Que no me va, vamos. No me gusta demasiado su textura ni su sabor. Na’ de na’.

Pero, fíjate que encontré la solución y no solamente encontré una forma de tomarlos de forma que se me haga la boca agua… ¡Por ahora ya van dos!

Decidme si no, la buena pinta que tienen estos Canelones de carrilleras con crema de setas. Además de la presentación, diferente, estaban de vicio. Super jugosos…

Pero os recuerdo la segunda opción: Canelones de ricota con crema de foie. Una propuesta algo más ligera e igualmente buena.

Así que los canelones de mi madre no, pero los míos… Los mejores! Eso sí, sin bechamel.

  1. Bueno yo diría que los canalons son como las croquetas: ¡todos me gustan! Ya sean clásicos o revisitados. Sencillamente siempre perfectos (pero si, la mejor receta de la familia es la de mi tía jejeje).

    • Oh that sound so lovely! I have never seen sotimheng like foi gras pate here in Canada. Is there sotimheng else I could substitute with (a different type of pate perhaps?)

Hey i got the menu app working perfect and i modifed some menu items to open a window using “orderFront:” action, that opens the window fine and i can see it and everything, but for some strange reason after you close that window, the program dies, this happening in the debugger.-ouput-Program received signal: “EXC_BAD_ACCESS”.killquitIts something wrong with memory management, because when i uncheck “release when closed” on the inspector for that window it doesnt crash, but i dont want that window to save things people do i want it to close and forgot the stuff.

You should be really proud of all the work you’ve done so far but unfortunately from what I can tell the feelings don’t just go. It’s hard work. And as depressing as the thought of fighting this for the rest of your life, being stuck in a hospital bed with a tube shoved down your nose is a helluva lot worse. Keep going its worth the fight!
