Albaricoques rellenos de queso

¿Alguien me puede decir qué tienen en contra de las mujeres «normales» los diseñadores de moda?
Quiero aclarar que resto de mujeres, esas que no son «normales» no quiere decir que sean «anormales» o «subnormales», simplemente su antónimo sería: «perfectas».

Ayer leía una entrevista a Gisele Bünchen. Pues oye no es normal-perfecta. Guapa, simpática, rica, buena madre, esposa, hija, empresaria, come sano, cuida del entorno, … Vamos, un diez de chica. Qué asco da.
Claro, que si a mi me concedieran una entrevista  tampoco explicaría mis miserias y todo lo pondría bien bonito, es cierto. Pero un poco de realidad, la verdad es que no sentaría bastante bien al resto de mortales. (Por cierto, podéis ver mi primera entrevista aquí, donde no hablo sobre lo que odio limpiar cristales, pero tampoco me dieron pie a decir los maravillosa que soy y el mundo de color de rosa en el que vivo).

Supongo que para que no muramos de la envidia ni entremos en depresión profunda al mirarnos al espejo,  han salido las revistas que ponen a las celebrities de vuelta y media. Un subidón de esos de vez en cuando, nunca va mal. (Me lo ha dicho una amiga, porque yo solamente leo a Dickens).

Y volviendo a los diseñadores. Que alguien me explique quién fue el listillo que inventó los trikinis. Y el que volvió a sacar los crop tops del cajón del olvido.
Debía ser un listo rodeado de modelos que se alimentan a base de papel y agua o media uva al día... O de esas que tienen un metabolismo rápido y que pueden comer de todo sin engordar. Esas, las mismas que se recueperan de un embarazo al minuto de haber sacado a su retoño. A mi que no me digan. Eso es magia y no lo del Màgic Andreu.
Mi metabolismo desde luego, lleva ritmo sureño y no japonés, como deben ser esos metabolismos rápidos que trabajan de sol a sol y no tienen vacaciones. El mío tiene jornada intensiva, el fin de semana libra y parece que también los puentes y festividades varias, especialmente las gastronómicas.

A ver, que alguien me nombre a alguien que le queden bien los trikinis. Una sola persona de las normales. De las que comen primero, segundo y postre, de las que hacen el vermutillo los domingos, se va de cañas de vez en cuando y por supuesto, tenga más de 25 años. Porque no me digáis que no teníamos suficiente con el bikini de toda la vida que deja los defectos a la vista, como para encima acentuarlos con esas formas raras, que además de poco favorecedores si quieres respirar, te dejan el cuerpo a topos bronceados.

Lo del crop top, ya es la bomba. Qué necesidad hay de enseñar la barriguita (o barrigota) y además coger frío en los riñones? Ninguna. En serio, ninguna. Igual cuando tenías 19 años y querías «molar» y el frío pasaba de tu riñonada, pero ahora… golpecito de viento y escalofrío automático hasta la coronilla. Acción-reacción.

En fin, que para los que coméis y además os gusta hacerlo, os traigo un postre fresco y bien rico con una de las frutas de la temporada.
Estos albaricoques rellenos de queso son frescos, deliciosos y más sanos que algunos postres, así que si queréis lucir un trikini, sería una opción a tener en cuenta.

Ingredientes:
– 10 albaricoques
– 100 gr queso de untar (tipo Philadelphia)
– 100 gr mascarpone
– Menta
– Azúcar moreno

Elaboración:
Mezclar en un bol los quesos y poner en una manga pastelera. Pelar los albaricoques (o si tienen la piel muy fina, lavar bien). Cortar longitudinalmente por la mitad y quitar el hueso. Rellenar cada mitad con la mezcla de quesos. Espolvorear un poco de azúcar moreno por encima y decorar con unas hojas de menta. Reservar en la nevera 1h o hasta el momento de servir.

  69. I have a update….Carole did the gamma knife last week it all went good. Now its mothers day and she is feeling better. We ( kids and I ) took her out to dinner. She is in good spirits right now. We will not know anything for 3 months on the gamma knife if it helped or not. On the 13 we go to MD Anderson in Houston to talk with them about a treatment plan. They thank it started on a mole on the side of her head. Please people if you are not sure what skin cancer looks like please find out, and go for screenings even you guys. I will update later.
