Boquerones aliñados

Aprovechamos estos días que nos ha regalado el otoño de buen tiempo con temperaturas más que agradables al mediodía para poder preparar un plato que aunque se puede tomar durante todo el año, es ideal para cuando el calorcito nos acompaña. 

Estos boquerones aliñados son refrescantes, suaves y deliciosos si los acompañamos de un buen vino blanco fresquito, como el caso de Blanc de Blancs de Maset del Lleó. 
Es de los típicos platos que tomas en la terraza con una buena conversación en una compañía agradable.

El aliño de los boquerones es básicamente de cítricos, de forma que el frescor que le aporta es sensacional, haciendo que cada bocado llene tu boca de matices. Deliciosos, ya os digo.

A los que nos gusta el calor y las buenas temperaturas tenemos que aprovechar estos días que nos están regalando para disfrutar de las lecturas al aire libre (aprovechando además que el momento mosquitos ha disminuido) y de paseos por la playa. Realmente estas temperaturas son ideales, porque aunque son elevadas especialmente al mediodía, no son agobiantes y no existe el bochorno que durante el verano sufrimos.

Es momento de ir como una cebolla por la calle, con varias capas que poder ir quitando o poniendo según el momento del día en el que nos encontremos. En un momento llevas gafas de sol y tirantes como chaqueta y paraguas, es lo que hay.
El bendito entretiempo que más que nada nos sirve como excusa para ver por la calle gente con botas y otras con sandalias. Lo mejor de todo es que todo va bien…

Pues aprovechemos de estos días porque dicen que en nada recuperamos el otoño con sus lluvias, humedades y temperaturas bajas, así que ya sabéis, es hora de hacer cambio de armario, si no lo habéis hecho ya.

Espero que os guste la receta y que disfrutéis de la semana como os merecéis.

Ingredientes:
– 1/2 kg de boquerones
– 1 naranja
– 1 limón
– Hojas de orégano fresco
– Aceite de oliva
– Sal gruesa
– Olivas negras sin hueso
–  2 dientes de ajo
– 1/2 cebolleta

Elaboración:
Limpiar los boquerones sacando tripas, espina y cabezas y dejando los lomos limpios como si fuéramos a hacer boquerones en vinagre.
Picar la cebolleta a dados pequeños y machacar el ajo.
Poner en un recipiente con capacidad, que pueda taparse y ponerse en la nevera una capa de boquerones, salar, algunos dados de cebolleta y así… Poner los dientes de ajo y algunas hojas de orégano partidas de forma tosca.
Exprimir la naranja y el limón e incorporar los zumos. Rallar un poco de la piel de ambos y añadir.
Echar un chorrito de aceite de oliva y algunas olivas negras picadas.
Dejar macerar 24h (dependiendo del tamaño de los boquerones necesitará más o menos tiempo. Sabremos que están macerados cuando su carne esté blanca y no rojiza).
Servir con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, un poco de la ralladura de limón y naranja (recién rallada), parte de la cebolleta y algunas olivas negras.

The photos were a challenge because of the dark space where the floor was done and yet I wanted to convey a sense of the materials and the feeling. The cheapest plug in for Photoshop that I've found and the most versatile is one called Topaz. For these shots I used a preset that I probably wouldn't use for anything else, but in this case it did the job.
