Ensalada de zamburiñas y naranja sanguina
Dicen que cuando estás a punto de morirte (menuda forma de empezar un post…) las imágenes de tu vida pasan por delante tuyo a modo de película de despedida.
Como no he tenido la suerte o la desgracia de vivirlo, no sé si este «corto» es a modo de despedida o a modo de «mira todo lo que has hecho y la lista de cosas que dejas por hacer», pero bueno, prefiero quedarme con la duda por si acaso…
Pues el otro día, viví lo más parecido (creo) a ésta vivencia sobrenatural: vi todas mis fotografía de Instragram.
Sí, sí. Toditas. Desde el inicio, hace un año y medio aprox hasta el día de hoy (bueno, de ayer). Y flipé colorines.
Madre mía la de cosas que han pasado en este tiempo!
Y yo, que empecé al blog a modo de biografía mezclada con recetario. Pues vaya… Por aquel entonces, no existía Instagram, que si no…
Toda mi vida fotografiada (no toda obviamente, pero gran parte de ella). Un buen recopilatorio. Os animo a todos los que tengáis perfil en esta red social que lo hagáis. Alucinareis y recodareis momentos olvidados. Es una buena terapia especialmente cuando penséis: «Qué he hecho en todo este tiempo?». Voilà, Instagram te da la respuesta.
Y para ir a juego de esta alegría y esta emoción un plato colorido y sano donde los haya: Ensalada de zamburiñas y naranja sanguina. Fresca y deliciosa.
La receta, no tiene mucho misterio, pero podéis verla en el Magazine de Primavera, en la pág. 13.
