Qué viernes más completo!
Astrid de Mi blog de pintxos, (y de quie he «robado» la foto de arriba) fue la encargada, esta vez de organizarlo todo para encontrarnos de nuevo.
Como aquí una tiene la obligación de trabajar ocho horas al día, sólo me pude escapar para tomar los cafés.
Y después del primer café, pues otro. Eso sí, en un entorno único. Bubó.
No conocía esta pastelería, que también ofrece cafés y bebidas. Los pasteles son exquisitos, los macarons indescriptibles, (de todos los sabores) y el resto de su oferta increible.
Si visitais la iglesia de Santa María del Mar, no debeis dejar de visitar Bubó, realmente vale la pena. Tengo que reconocer que estuve durante 15 min dudando sobre qué elegir.
Finalmente, me decanté por Xabina, un semiesférico cubierto de chocolate y relleno de mouse de chocolate con galleta. Podeis ver la foto….. Buenísimo. Y el mini macaron que lo decoraba, una delicia.
Entre risas, muchas fotos y los consejos que Mireia Anglada nos daba conseguimos hacer las recetas sin mucho problema.
Fue una velada divertida e interesante. Fuimo muy afortunados por poder participar.
Y la compañía…. no puedo decir más que me encantó volver a ver caras conocidas y hacer nuevos amigos blogueros.
En fin, pues os dejo aquí con las recetas que hicimos. Ale, para que os chupeis los dedos!!
De primero, Coca de pan crujiente con tomates confitados, membrillo y brotes mesclum, queso Boffard y frutos secos.
De segundo: Sopa de guisantes, bacalao confitado al romero, dados de queso Boffard, boletus y patatas
Para rematar: Risotto de setas con mantequilla de hierbas y queso Boffard
Y de postre: Espuma de queso Boffard con reducción de Módena a la Frambuesa

i used one this weekend here in vancouver and that actually happened. the plastic on the top was sticky and stained as if people had spilled drinks on it (this was at a bar). not to mention its A LOT smaller than you would think. My fingers touched the bottom when my hand was in about and inch over my wrists

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. I'm not being unfair, and this is not to say that I have not met men who do know how to feel and what to do with those feelings; I'm being honest. A nice review indeed that has prompted me to try Mint (in fact, I’m typing this out of the Live version of Mint).My main concern was the MintMenu which I found just too big, but after toying with it a couple of minutes I think I’m becoming rather fond of it But the one thing that might make me change from Karmik to Mint is Flash: it works!! At last I can close tabs in Firefox without fear of crashing flash on all other tabs!! (The RAM footprint also seems smaller than in Karmik)So thanks a lot for the review: you might have won another Mint user (Will probably wait for Mint 9 first, though)
